Shipment Criteria

Deliveries will be made to all countries on earth. Regardless of whether we concentrate on a global client base, a few countries (OFAC countries) are removed from this list in accordance with strange legal sanctions. In addition, regardless of the circumstances, we don’t ship to Israel.

Payment Methods 

You can pay us using any method that is appropriate. similar to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal, Google Pay, Etc. Delivery Time

The Alpha Jacket makes sure that our customers get the best quality possible. Firstly quality material is selected by our highly skilled craftsman. After a quality check it goes for cutting/stitching. This whole process takes 2-3 business days. After that it is handed for delivery it can take 2-3 business days.

Exchange & Return Policy

The Alpha Jacket strives to offer the best services possible to its clients. As a result, we have policies in place for simple exchanges and returns following purchases.

Within a month of purchase, a product is easy to return and exchange. Simply send us an email, and a customer support agent will respond within 24 hours to address all of your concerns. Within a month, we’re more likely to hear from you. We will be sorry because we can’t assist you after 30 days.

NOTE: The Exchange & Return Policy is only applicable on those items that have manufacturing defects or any sort of mistake from the seller. Change of mind or any kind of mistake from the buyer’s end will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

The proposal for order cancellation will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the entire balance in the consumer’s account. However Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.

NOTE: After your order is passed to the manufacturing department we will be sorry to all canceling proposals.
